Weather Map Generator
This tool runs in the browser and needs JavaScript turned on. With it on, you get an interactive map of the United States that you draw a forecast onto.
You can fill zones for snow, rain, ice, and precipitation type, each with its own intensity scale. You can lay down cold, warm, stationary, and occluded fronts, plot a storm track or the jet stream, drop high and low pressure markers, and label cities. Click a city and it pulls that location's current conditions from Open-Meteo. When the map is finished it exports as a PNG or JPG at double resolution with a forecast header across the top, and the whole thing saves as a template you can reload later.
It is free, and there is no account to make.
